NICOLE D. WARMERDAM

PRINCIPAL & OWNER

California Board Certified Specialist in Trust and Estates

Selected to 2020 - 2024 Northern California Super Lawyers Lists

Nicole D. Warmerdam has dedicated her 19 years of practice to trusts and estates. She counsels clients regarding a broad range of matters, including drafting and implementing their estate plans, petitioning the probate court to resolve uncontested issues relating to estates and trusts, and navigating the process of administering estates and trusts after death.

Nicole understands how daunting the estate planning process can seem. She takes great care to thoroughly understand each client's unique situation and works with them to explain their options in a way that is easy to understand and to customize a plan to fit their goals and needs.

Prior to opening her own law firm, Nicole worked for several preeminent estate planning firms in Northern California and Southern California that concentrated in both basic and complex estate planning and administration.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys traveling, spending time with a good book, and enjoying the sights, sounds, and tastes of the Peninsula with her husband.
